All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping estimates may be exceeded. In any instance, we will assist our customers in any way possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We work closely with companies like The United States Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx to ensure that our shipments are sent securely and swiftly.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our shop located at 6191 Sherman Road, Saginaw, MI 48604. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with pick up instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brothers Design is not responsible for these charges if applied and is the responsibility of the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We will ship to P.O. Boxes contingent on the fact that your P.O. Box can accept large packages. Please contact the business location of your P.O. Box to confirm. If your order gets “return to sender,” we will contact you and then attempt shipping one more time to the same or a different address.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
All refunds, returns, and exchanges are processed on a case-by-case basis. We will typically accept returns on non-customized items up to 7 days after delivery if it is unused and in its original condition. If a refund is approved, we will reimburse the full order amount minus the shipping and handling costs of the return.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us right away at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
